Earth Day Celebration (April 2023)
This April Multicultural Knights celebrated Earth Day by cleaning in Stallings Park, planning, and spreading awareness on how to keep the Earth safe and clean!
Cards & Cookies (December 2022)
This December the Multicultural Knights made cards & baked cookies for local firemen & Police Stations, as well as a Nursing Home, spreading kindness this holiday season!
Food Drive (October/November 2022)
The Multicultural Knights led a Food Drive from mid-October to early November, spreading joy for the upcoming holiday season. All donations were taken to a local community Food Pantry.
Adopt a Park - Mulch Spreading -
Our Knights completed their first assignment of Spreading Mulch at our adopted Stallings Park on August 19th 2021. We could accomplish this with help from Adam and his team (Parks & Rec). Our Knights who are mainly Middle and High schoolers had lot of fun working as a Team in the early morning hours. They were really happy as they were serving our environment and spending time with nature. Sighting of some deer, rabbits, and birds brought a big smile. Special thanks to our Sr. Knights Jeet, Smitha, Ashok & Anila for helping our Jr. Knights. Our knights are eagerly waiting for their next assignment.

Adopt a Park - Mulch Spreading at Harrisburg Library

Our knights received a community service shout-out from the Harrisburg NC Parks and Recreation Department for the hard work spreading mulch at the Harrisburg Public Library!
Past Events:
SEWA Diwali Food Drive
In November 2021, the Multicultural Knights partnered with SEWA Diwali to collect and donate food for local food pantries and shelters to feed families during Diwali, the festival of lights. The Multicultural Knights collected 1,100 pounds of food.

College Prep Talk
On November 28th, 2021, the Multicultural Knights held a virtual webinar and Q&A about College Prep led by MK's officers in their senior year of high school. The presentation was informative and interactive.
Food Drive
In the month of April 2021, The Multicultural Knights hosted a food drive for the Harrisburg Food Pantry located in Rocky River Presbyterian Church. The food drive received over 1,000 donations consisting of cans, food packets, and hygiene products!
